Yes. You can return or exchange the mount within 14 days of receipt, provided it hasn’t been used and is in its original packaging and like-new condition. Please contact our team and we’ll arrange the return. Note: return shipping is paid by the customer if the item is returned for reasons other than a defect.

All BGN ARMO mounts come with an installation manual. If you’ve misplaced it or no longer have access, each mount’s product page includes a digital version of the installation guide.

Yes—all BGN ARMO mounts come with a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover an issue, contact us and include photos of the product; we will replace the mount (or the affected component) or issue a refund. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.

Each mount component is individually placed in a protective insert to prevent any damage during transport. The package includes, in addition to the mount, an installation manual and our company’s quality certificate.

We process orders within 1–2 business days from the time they’re placed. During peak periods (e.g., sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you need expedited delivery, please let us know and we’ll do our best to speed it up. Processing times for wholesale orders are agreed individually with the customer.

Yes—BGN ARMO mounts are built for harsh environments. They withstand temperature swings from −20°C to +50°C and are resistant to moisture, dust, and vibration. Our mounts undergo strength testing, so they’re well-suited for combat use, hunting, competitive/precision shooting, and rugged outdoor activities. We do recommend periodically checking screw torque during intensive use.
