Lightweight, rigid, low-profile adapter for mounting BTI thermal devices on rifles with a Picatinny/Weaver rail. One-piece construction with precision datum faces and a steel clamping bar provides a rock-solid hold under heavy recoil.

• Recommended clamp torque: 2.5 N·m (≈ 22 in-lb).

• BTI interface pattern: top mounting holes per BTI standard; 16 mm center-to-center on auxiliary holes (per drawing).

Quick installation:

1. Place the bracket on the Picatinny/Weaver rail.

2. Seat the steel clamping bar under the rail and thread in the M5 screw.

3. Tighten to 2.5 N·m; verify hold after 3–5 shots.

4. Bolt the BTI device to the top platform per its manual (BTI hole pattern, 16 mm C-to-C).

• Because BTI devices vary, please compare your device’s hole pattern with the drawing (16 mm C-to-C plus center threaded hole) before ordering.
